This is my idea of a perfect lunch: salad and a glass of chilled, dry, white wine. This was served by Cafe Caruso on Nicanor Garcia St., Makati: Insalata Mista and a glass of Pinot Grigio--perfect on a hot summer's day.

Hi. Thanks for leaving a comment. Cafe Caruso is on Nicanor Garcia St. formerly Reposo, directly in front of Alliance Francaise. They have an extensive menu and the pasta dishes are sure bets; the meats as well. And please room for dessert. Buon Appetito!
